Congratulations to Douglas Larson, associate professor in the technology and related sciences division and student in Jefferson’s Wood Manufacturing Technology program. He was selected as one of 50 finalists in the International Woodworking Fair Student Design Emphasis competition. Larson’s archery inspired table, La Flèche, meaning arrow in French, will compete in the accent furniture and accent piece portion of the contest in August in Atlanta, GA.

Historical night at the Louie Award Competition

Congrats to the Communication Arts Technology Program,walking away with top honors at the annual Louie Award Competition. Ten students won 14 Louie Awards, including the top two student awards.
