Faculty, staff and students-- Phi Theta Kappa and the Single Parent Student Organization have organized a charitable drive for Wayside Mission.

They will be accepting TOYS and COATS (all sizes - new and gently used) and are asking for donations of children's pampers and pull ups. The collection runs from November 14-30.

Drop off donated items at the Counseling Center, VTI 101 and in the LRC lobby on the DT campus.

JCTC Students Offered New Textbook Rental Program

Louisville, KY. (Jan. 12, 2011) – Jefferson Community & Technical students now have another option when it comes to obtaining textbooks. KCTCS and Barnes & Noble have teamed up to offer a textbook rental program that will provide tremendous savings for students.

KCTCS is part of a select group of colleges/universities offering students a textbook rental program. More than 20 percent of titles are offered at KCTCS’ 16 colleges across the state, at up to half the cost of purchasing a new, printed textbook.
